Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate must possess experience in CNC and press brake operation. Responsibilities include setting up and operating press brakes, quality inspection of produced parts, and ensuring production schedules are met. This position works Monday to Thursday, from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, and offers weekly pay, paid training, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of press brake or CNC machine operation experience, or recent certification from a manufacturing or technical program.
• Willingness to work day shifts only, Monday–Thursday, from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Set up parameters of press brake through the touch screen on the equipment.
• Produce parts in the proper quantity as identified by the production schedule.
• Determine angle of bends using protractor, tape measure, and squares.
• Perform in-process inspections throughout the manufacturing run.
• Follow KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
