Job summary

Berk International, a U.S.-based manufacturer of specialty paper and converting products, seeks a hands-on Machine Operator to run a paper converting machine and ensure product quality. You will help meet order targets and contribute to a safe, efficient production line.

Compensation includes a starting pay of $15.50–$19+ per hour with 10-hour day or night shifts and comprehensive benefits. Training and career development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing: 2 years (Required).
• Machine Operator: 2 years (Required).
• Ability to read a ruler (Required).
• Ability to legibly and accurately fill out production reports.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to constantly stand.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional bending, kneeling, or entry into enclosed spaces.
• Strong team communication skills.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.

We are currently seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to run a paper converting machine and undertake responsibility for quality assurance of the products manufactured. You will be a vital team contributor to the success of timely order completion, order quality, and achieving team targets.
