Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Familiarity with CNC machines is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple machine tools including lathes, mills, drill presses and grinders.
• Set up machines according to specifications and blueprints.
• Monitor operations and make adjustments for quality.
• Inspect finished products and adjust as needed to maintain standards.
• Record production data and report issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
