Summary

Set up and operate conventional, special purpose, and multi-axis CNC machines to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts to customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Change out and set up tools
• Operate multi-axis machines
• Dimensionally check parts (up to CMM)
• Read programs and make minor speed and feed program changes
• Verify tool lengths and cutter run outs
• Troubleshoot jobs
• Communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all contacts
• Accept and adapt easily to change
• Ensure all activities are consistent with the Company Mission
