APCOM in Franklin, TN is seeking a Machine Operator to start up and monitor production lines, ensuring product quality and efficiency. The role requires reading technical manuals, operating complex machinery, and assisting new team members.

Shifts include 1st 6:00am-2:30pm and 2nd 2:30pm-11:00pm. Benefits start Day 1, with a climate-controlled facility and comprehensive insurance options. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery.
• Capable of using temperature gauges, calipers, and rulers.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor area machine process and adjust equipment to maintain quality and output.
• Perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.
• Train and assist new team members on processes and equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following guidelines.
• Ensure machines start properly at the beginning of each shift.
• Support and cross-train across positions as needed.
