Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is hiring Dura Supreme Cabinetry machine operators for 1st and 2nd shifts at the Howard Lake facility. You will operate various machines, verify programs, and ensure materials meet quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour with a $3.00 night shift differential. Shifts are Mon-Fri, with 6am-4:30pm for 1st and 4pm-2:30am for 2nd. Benefits include insurance, 401K, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferred Skills: Machine operating in a manufacturing facility.
• The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
• The ability to use handheld tools or the willingness to learn.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a production-oriented environment.
• Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs.
• All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).

Responsibilities

• Operate various machines in assigned department in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Verify work orders and select correct program for machining parts.
• Ensure correct materials meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Use measuring tools to verify machine accuracy and calibration.
• Label, sort, or stack machined parts for next step in the manufacturing process.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance and report deficiencies.
• Follow safety rules and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Participate in teamwork and quality control checks.
