Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC in Howard Lake, MN, is seeking Production Associates to assemble or manufacture cabinets and components. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced production setting.

You will work first shift (6am-4:30pm) with on-the-job training provided and a benefits package including healthcare, 401(k), and PTO. Candidates must be 18+ and have warehouse/manufacturing experience or be willing to learn new skills.

Dura Supreme Cabinetry is hiring Production Associates to work in our Howard Lake facility. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. We provide on the job training for all roles!

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour *wage is based on qualifications.

Shift:

1st Shift: Monday- Friday 6am-4:30pm

Qualifications Preferred Skills:
  • The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
  • The ability to use handheld tools or the willingness to learn.
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a production-oriented environment.

Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
