MasterBrand Cabinets LLC’s Dura Supreme Cabinetry facility in Howard Lake, MN is hiring Production Associates to assemble or manufacture cabinets and components to meet production goals. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–2:30 am. Pay is $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 night shift differential.

Job Description: Dura Supreme Cabinetry is hiring Production Associates to work in our Howard Lake facility. Pay: $20.00 + $3.00 night shift differential per hour.

The ability to read measurements, work, or calculate numbers. The ability to use handheld tools or the willingness to learn. Must be 18 years of age. Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience in a production-oriented environment. Additionally, selected candidates will be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding in some way; however, some roles require: The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50 lbs.; and The ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
