Job summary

Altium Packaging in Memphis, TN, is seeking a driven Machine Operator to run blow-mold, PET, and injection molding lines. You will perform machine setup, monitor processes, inspect bottles, and document line efficiencies while following GMP and safety policies.

The role requires basic math and computer skills, plus hands-on training on Altium equipment within 90 days. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior blow-mold experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience beneficial.
• Blow mold experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machines to ensure production of quality bottles.
• Perform routine setup, changeovers, and minor adjustments to maintain line performance.
• Inspect bottles during production and packaging, and document rejects and line efficiencies.
• Follow GMP, safety policies, PPE requirements, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
