We are seeking a Bilingual Machine Operator to join our team!

Job Description: Operate production equipment (automatic and semi-automatic), filling, inspection, and packing.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Bilingual ability (specify languages)
• Operate equipment to achieve production rates
• Record data throughout production (scrap, materials used, etc.)
• Document rates and reasons for not achieving targets
• Pack finished products ensuring safety and proper labeling
• Follow shutdown and cleaning protocols
• Set up machines each morning before shift begins
• Communicate issues to supervisor
• Assist in inventory management and maintain a clean production environment
• Participate in inventory counts as needed
• Make minor adjustments to ensure quality production
• Perform daily quality inspections and record details
• Maintain housekeeping standards for a neat work environment
