You will set up, operate, and maintain bending and welding equipment to fabricate metal components for heat exchangers, piping systems, and rotating equipment. Responsibilities include reading blueprints and work orders, bending stainless steel and specialty alloys to precise tolerances, performing TIG welding, adjusting

• Experience reading blueprints, work orders, and specs.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accuracy.

Machine Operator (Bend & Weld Dept) 1st shift Advance Services Inc. Is actively seeking a driven and well organized machine operator for their bending and welding dept to become a part of a team at a busy manufacturing facility in Pasadena, Tx.

• Set up, operate, and maintain specialized bending and welding equipment to fabricate metal components for heat exchangers, piping systems, and rotating equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Bend stainless steel and specialty alloy tubing to precise dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform TIG welding and joining processes on metal components to meet quality standards.
• Adjust machine settings, tooling, and fixtures to achieve required bends and configurations.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools and visual inspections to verify quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime.

Payrate- $16.00 Shift-2nd shift 3pm-12am
