We are seeking a Machine Operator for our Automated Weld Lines to join our growing team.

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus! Eligible employees can receive an additional $1 per hour worked, on top of their hourly wages, for working their scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment using Human Machine Interface (HMI) and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure product quality by measuring equipment to meet specifications.
• Perform visual inspections of welds and the cosmetic appearance of products.
• Use hand tools for minor repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain product logs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Prior HMI experience is a plus; eagerness to learn HMI is required.
• Mechanical inclination is a plus to understand equipment operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to rotate to different operations within the facility as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime on weekends as required.
• Willingness to cross-train on various product lines.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills to report nonconforming issues promptly.
