We are looking for Press Assistants who will play a crucial role in our production process. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for assisting in machine setups, performing quality inspections, and ensuring the smooth operation of our press machines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the setup, adjustment, and operation of press machines under the guidance of experienced operators
2. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
3. Complete and maintain quality documentation for all products
4. Move materials and components to designated areas to maintain stock levels
5. Accurately complete paperwork and label materials with required inventory information
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and operational standards

Key Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and ruler reading skills
• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 50 pounds
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Ability to work overtime as needed
