Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator or in production/manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to read and understand specifications, manuals and measuring tools.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with handling complex machinery and measurement tools.
• Corrugated packaging experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Assist in machine set-ups, including adjusting equipment settings and mounting printing plates and dies.
• Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings and functions.
• Review the daily production schedule and make recommendations to optimize production for cost, quality and service goals.
• Inspect incoming corrugated paper to confirm job order specifications and ensure quality standards.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
