Join to apply for the Machine Operator - All Shifts Available role at MCC Label

We are currently looking for Finishing Machine Operators to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. The Finishing Machine Operator is responsible for checking quality and finishing IML labels either through die cutting or punching.

Responsibilities:

• Check print quality continuously
• Remove defective material as per specifications
• Use tools like rulers and safety knives
• Handle and palletize rolls carefully
• Understand basic printing defects
• Record data accurately in paperwork and systems
• Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Work safely following all policies

• Team player with machine setup, operation, and cleanup skills
• Effective communication and organization skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Legal ability to work in the US without sponsorship
• Computer proficiency
