Job summary

Neff-Perkins Company in Middlefield, OH is seeking Second and Third Shift Rubber Press Operators to join our production team. These are 2nd and 3rd shift, 45-day temp-to-hire positions with unlimited overtime potential. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with overtime and weekend premiums as described.

After hire, pay increases to $18.25 per hour. You will work on rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer), load raw materials and remove finished parts, and maintain accurate

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8+ hour shifts.
• Comfortable with repetitive production work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer).
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts from presses.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Remove defective parts and maintain accurate production counts.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Assist with minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments.

Neff-Perkins Company, a leading custom molder of silicone, rubber, and plastic components, is hiring Second and Third Shift Press Operators to join our production team in Middlefield, OH.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate rubber molding presses (injection, compression, transfer)
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts from presses
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove defective parts and maintain accurate production counts
• Keep work area clean and safe

• Time and a half on Saturdays
