Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring Experienced Machine Operators for day, evening, and night shifts at one of the area's premier manufacturing facilities. We offer competitive pay, weekly pay, and health benefits in a safe, welcoming work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months relevant Machine Operator experience.
• Able to use basic hand and power tools.
• Basic math.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to identify problems.
• Able to multi-task.
• Able to read ruler/tape measure.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines.
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned.
• Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with CNC is a plus.
• Routine maintenance checks.
• Ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Meet production standards.
• Work in a team environment.
• Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation.
• Inspection of product.
• Set up and operation of machinery.
