A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Machine Operator (6pm – 6am) in Columbus, NE.
The Operator would be working for a Fortune 500 medical manufacturing company and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts.

Machine Operator Compensation
• The pay for this position is $22.70 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Machine Operator Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment
• The required schedule is D-Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), 12-hour shifts
• Rotating schedule: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off (alternates 36 and 48 hour weeks)
• Workdays can include weekdays and weekends (Monday through Sunday)
Machine Operator Responsibilities
• Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, labeling, assembling, inspecting, and utility operations
• Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA regulations, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards
• Work under direct supervision, following all standard operating procedures
• Support team goals and objectives in a collaborative environment
• Make decisions within standard practice as needed to support production
Machine Operator Requirements
• 1–2 years of production or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
• Basic math skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work extended or varying shifts
• Ability and willingness to rotate between tasks and responsibilities
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
