Machine Operator – Day and Night Openings!

ABR Employment is seeking Machine Operators for our client in Fitchburg, WI. If you have experience operating machines, apply now!

Job Responsibilities:

• Set-up, start, and operate manufacturing equipment under the guidance of the Production Shift Leader.
• Ensure jobs meet quality specifications and manufacturing standards.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
• Continuously improve quality and productivity of manufacturing operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Assist in the development of new products and processes.
• Train new technicians and ensure proper documentation of shift activities.

Location and Compensation:

• Location: Fitchburg, WI
• Pay: $20.00 - $21.17

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 6AM-6PM, 12-hour shifts, 4 days one week, 3 days the next, with overtime available.
• Night Shift: 6PM-6AM, same schedule as day shift, with overtime available.
