Job summary

WSB Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift. You will operate machinery to produce metal products, load and unload materials, monitor production, and uphold safety standards.

New hires train on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) for 4–6 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM). Pay is $18.50/hour, with a long-term manufacturing opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or machine-operating experience is a plus.
• Must be available for training on first shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM) for 4–6 weeks.
• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for the shift.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and instruction-following.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used to produce metal products.
• Load and unload materials.
