Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work safely, keeping the work area organized, clean, and hazard-free.
• Ensure parts conform to quality and drawing specifications using instruments like micrometers, calipers, gauges, scales, and hardness testers.
• Apply knowledge of machining processes and equipment maintenance.
• Carefully load and unload parts into machines.
• Perform equipment run and preventive maintenance as required.
• Remove parts from machines and deposit them in containers.
• Record work output results appropriately.
• Process parts through cleaning operations.
• Operate related equipment efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate well.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mathematical skills; able to reason and calculate times.
• Accurate with good typing and reading skills.
• Diplomatic and tactful in dealing with others.
