Machine Operator - 3rd shift (Direct Hire)

Locations: Grafton, WI / Milwaukee, WI / Port Washington, WI

Job Description:

Machine Operators –

Read production orders, ensure the correct raw materials are ordered, and operate various machines including liquid fill stations, auto cappers, label machines, and heat sealers. The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining production speed and helping produce popular household items.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Following production orders and specifications
2. Ensuring the availability of correct raw materials on the line
3. Operating machines and troubleshooting minor issues
4. Conducting in-process and final product audits
5. Cleaning and sanitizing machines and managing line changeovers
6. Completing client documentation accurately, adhering to a 'right the first time' approach

Requirements:

• Experience in machine operation preferred
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure
