Job Description:

Machine Operators

Read production orders, ensure the correct raw materials are ordered for the production room, and operate various machines including liquid fill stations, auto cappers, label machines, and heat sealers. The Machine Operator is responsible for maintaining production speed and assisting in manufacturing popular household items.

Successful Machine Operators will be excited to perform the following daily tasks:

1. Follow production orders and specifications
2. Ensure the availability of correct raw materials on the line
3. Operate machines and troubleshoot, making minor adjustments as needed
4. Conduct in-process and final product audits
5. Complete cleaning, sanitization, and line changeovers
6. Accurately document results, adhering to a "right the first time" approach

Requirements:

• Experience in machine operation is preferred
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations in all units of measure
