Duraco Specialty Materials in St. Charles, IL is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to join a hands-on manufacturing team.

You will set up and operate adhesive coating machines, adjust speed and temperature, load materials, take samples, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment.
