Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an entry-level Rubber Process Operator in Worcester, MA to support daily production. You will operate molding presses, extruders, mixers, and grinders under supervision to help meet goals.

No prior machine operation experience is required; training will be provided. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, follow written and verbal instructions, and work in a hot, industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate rubber processing machines under supervision.
• Load raw materials into machines and monitor processing cycles.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects using visual checks and basic measurement tools.
• Report machine malfunctions or production issues to supervisors immediately.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Complete production logs and paperwork accurately.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
