BePartofSomethingSustainable! is hiring a Machine Operator to help transform recycled materials into high-performance rubber products. You will lead production and operate mixing equipment, ensuring precision and quality.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs, with a safety-first mindset and teamwork. The position offers a 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) based in Ozark, Alabama.
