Saint-Gobain Granville is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (Sun-Thu, 11:30 PM–8:00 AM) to slit and rewind various materials, ensuring quality control and on-time production. The role supports continuous improvement within the Granville facility.

You will work with PVC, urethane, and paper/polyethylene liners, earning $21.50/hour starting plus a $1.00 shift differential and a potential $0.50 raise after 6 months; annual bonus eligibility is noted.

Impact:

Mfg Machine Operator (Winding Machine)- P rimarily responsible for slitting a variety of materials into various widths and lengths to meet customer orders and for further in-house processing. Operations include slitting, rewinding, and packaging of a variety of products including PVC, Urethane, and paper/polyethylene liners, per production schedules and SOPs. Since products are shipped directly from this department to the customer, attention to quality control is especially important.

Provides support to programs in Granville, NY within the defined continuous improvement framework, in a manner consistent with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action.

Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift.

3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday- 11:30 pm - 8:00 am

Pay: $21.50/hr to start plus $1.00 shift differential ($.50 increase in hourly rate after 6 months)

Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.

• Many local outdoor recreational opportunities. This includes a recreational trail that runs directly behind the site.
• Not accessible by public transportation.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The local pay range for this position is $21.50 per hour, plus shift differential of $1.00/hr. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures.

The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate, Bonus and Shift Differential, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks) for this position, is $51,400.
