Saint-Gobain Granville is seeking a Mfg Machine Operator (2nd shift) to join a small team, handling the coating and processing of substrates. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, basic computer skills, and the ability to read technical English documentation.

Impact:

Mfg Machine Operator (#4 Coater) O perates as part of a 3-4 person team in the processing of PVC, polyethylene and urethane substrates. The operation may include applying solvent-based and water-based adhesives to paper and film in advance of the curing, cooling, and rewinding operations. Operations on the Coater include adhesive depositing, winding, laminating, back stripping, transferring adhesive, inspecting and unloading of processed materials. All operations are dependent on the quality of the previous process and must adhere to all standards as part of the job. Depending on the process being performed, the end product could be either a finished product or require further processing.

Provides support to programs in Granville, NY within the defined continuous improvement framework, in a manner consistent with Saint-Gobain EHS Policies and Principles of Conduct and Action.

Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift.

2nd Shift: Monday- Friday- 3:30 pm - Midnight

Pay: $21.50/hr to start plus $1.00 shift differential ($.50 increase in hourly rate after 6 months)

Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.

• Many local outdoor recreational opportunities. This includes a recreational trail that runs directly behind the site.
• Not accessible by public transportation.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The local pay range for this position is$21.50per hour, plusshift differential of $1.00/hr. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to10%of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures.

The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate, Bonus and Shift Differential, annualized (40hrs/week * 52wks) for this position, is$51,400.
