Process Systems Operator – 3rd Shift

Short Staffed Inc. is hiring a Process Systems Operator for a manufacturing facility in Mitchell, SD. This position works in a fast‑paced production environment operating computerized toner manufacturing equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.

Shift Schedule

• 1st Shift of the week starts Sunday night at 11:30 PM and ends Friday at 8:00 AM.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computerized manufacturing equipment
• Adjust machine settings including airflow, feed rates, and RPMs
• Perform product changeovers and equipment setups
• Monitor production quality and process flow
• Accurately complete production reports and data entry
• Operate forklifts and move raw materials as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong math and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to become forklift certified
• Team‑oriented with strong attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Long periods of standing
