Job Description

Join our growing team at our Hopkinton, MA facility. You will perform various manufacturing and assembly tasks related to molded parts, including molding, assembly, identification, cleaning, and priming. Follow detailed instructions to meet high standards of quality and production, maintain safety and cleanliness, and work collaboratively with team members. Key responsibilities include:

1. Properly identify and handle materials, including color codes and trimming methods.
2. Operate molding equipment safely and efficiently.
3. Trim molded parts with small hand tools to remove excess material.
4. Clean, mark, paint, or identify parts as per work instructions.
5. Ensure quality standards are met and report issues to supervisors.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have:

1. The ability to read and interpret routings and instruction sheets.
2. Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks on small to medium parts.
3. Ability to work from oral and written instructions.
4. Commitment to cleanliness and safety procedures.
5. Ability to label and pack parts as required.
6. Maintain necessary documentation such as labor cards and change notices.
7. Focus on eliminating non-value-added activities.
8. Legal eligibility: US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
