Machine Operation
- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the lamination machine as well as other machinery.
- Ensure materials are produced in accordance with quality standards to have a consistent scrap rate or less than 1%
- Eliminate RGAs and Focus Claims by accurately marking, segregating and cutting defective material
- Enter shift data in the TRS while also producing a schedule of materials with a TRS of at least 85%
- Recognize pre-production problems such as raw material thickness, material defects, correct material type, etc.
- Perform and record accurate quality checks
- Analyze and interpret procedural documents, machine recipes, instructions and production reports.
- Define problems by collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
- Calculate material and tool thickness based on requests
- Correct necessary adjustments accurately to material recipes
- Perform other duties as assigned
