CNC Operator Benefits:
  • Full-time - 3rd Shift (12AM-8AM)
  • Competitive Pay $17- $21 per hour = Base + Shift Differential + Bonus

CNC Operator Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Certificate or degree is preferred for CNC Operator
  • Positive attitude and strong focus are required to run the CNC router effectively
  • Good communication with peers and supervisor
  • CNC Operator must have the ability to read and understand work orders
  • Must have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
  • Learn from CNC programmer how to use the CNC machine
  • Learn and understand the diverse product line
  • Ability to read work orders and run pre-determined files with correct tooling and jigs to maximize productivity
  • Set up and operate a 3 axis high speed CNC router
  • Perform inspection of machined products (including documentation of results)
  • Work with CNC programmers to diagnose and eliminate defective parts and machine downtime
  • Stop machines to remove finished work piece or change tooling, set up, or work piece placement according to required machine sequence
  • Position and secure work piece on machine bed, indexing table, fixture, or dispensing or holding device
  • CNC Operator must drive and operate a forklift to stage needed material
  • Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
  • Actively promote workplace organization following established 5S criteria
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet the business needs.
