Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Machine Operator at our Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 3–5 years of brazing experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will read instructions, prepare orders, and operate machines with precision using measuring tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, technical or vocational schooling a plus.
• 3–5 years of brazing experience or similar.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills—spoken, written, interpersonal.
• Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines and technology.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, overtime.
• Able to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Proper hand dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and prepare orders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
• Able to read product prints and check product to match.
• Proficient in the use of measuring devices.
• Setup machine using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Identify and assess common problems with machine, trouble-shooting.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures.
• Understand and follow procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization.
