Bosch Group is seeking candidates for machine operations in a fast-paced Lincolnton, NC manufacturing facility. The role supports conversion, customizing and packaging activities with a focus on brazing-related processes.

Shifts include 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am, Monday through Friday. The position requires handling weights, reading prints, and maintaining quality through basic measuring tools.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 5 years previous experience in Brazing Processes (or similar).
• Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills - spoken, written, interpersonal.
• Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines and technology.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts, overtime.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Proper hand dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and prepare orders.
• Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs.
• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
• Able to read product prints and check product to match.
• Proficient in the use of measuring devices.
• Setup machine using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Identify and assess common problems with machine, trouble-shooting.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures
• Understand and follow procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization.

Job Description

Machine Operations in a face paced manufacturing environment. Hours for

2nd shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm M-F
