Job summary

Bosch USA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking individuals for machine operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role supports 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and a focus on brazing processes and quality checks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in brazing or similar, and proficiency with measuring devices and reading prints. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational schooling a plus.
• 3–5 years of brazing or similar experience.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills—spoken, written, interpersonal.
• Ability to learn and understand new processes, machines and technology.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime.
• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Proper hand dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Ability to read and prepare orders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
• Able to read product prints and check product to match.
• Proficient in the use of measuring devices.
• Setup machine using basic hand tools and measuring devices.
• Identify and assess common problems with machine, trouble-shooting.
• Read and follow standard operating procedures.
• Understand and follow procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization.

Machine Operations in a face paced manufacturing environment. Hours for
2nd shift 2:30pm to 10:30pm M-F
3rd shift 10:30pm to 6:30am M-F
