Job summary

FyterTech Nonwovens LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a production operator to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment on a stable 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule.

Shifts are 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am with a pay up to $35.50 per hour. Benefits after 30 days include medical, dental, and vision, paid leave, PTO, and shift premiums. Training and a clear promotional path support career growth.

• Machine operation or mechanical experience preferred.
• Positive, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Good communicator, adaptable, safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines.
• Perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments.
• Inspect products and ensure quality standards.
• Follow all safety and PPE procedures.
• Package, stack, and prepare materials.
