Filtration Group is seeking a Machine Operator to operate multiple machines in a climate-controlled warehouse in Idaho. The role includes supporting receiving/warehouse tasks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Starting pay is $22 per hour with overtime opportunities. Benefits include low-cost medical, dental & vision, 401(k) with employer match, HSA contribution, and paid time off. Weekend schedule Fridays–Sundays, 6am–6pm, with 3-day weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or completion of a related apprenticeship preferred.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience, especially machine operation and metal fabrication.
• On-the-job training may substitute formal education.
• Forklift certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor multiple machines across workstations.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust setups for quality and productivity.
• Maintain machine documentation and material records.
• Assist in receiving and warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
