Qualifications

• Change out and add paint as required.
• Check and clean reclaim hoppers.
• Maintain production pace and standards.
• Adhere to all safety requirements.
• Practice 5S principles.

About the Role

Machine Operator – Paint at Milwaukee Tool. Operate powdercoat blades and liquid paint equipment to maintain production pace and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and shut down the paint line.
• Work safely in dusty, vaporous, or otherwise challenging environments.
• Load and unload paint line with product.
• Recognize and react to equipment problems, making necessary adjustments.
• Inspect and verify product according to quality standards.
• Use paint thickness gauge to verify paint thickness.
• Maintain the turnover belt for powder application.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance on paint line equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and change out tips on paint guns.
• Conduct frequent walk‑throughs to ensure equipment is operating properly.
