Job summary

Melaleuca Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:45 pm - 1:15 am, Mon-Thu) in Idaho Falls. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with longevity bonuses at 5, 10, 15 years and a company profit sharing program after 6 months of full-time employment.

The position offers healthful product lines, on-site climate-controlled environment, and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include operating tuber or filling lines, adjusting settings, labeling checks, data entry, and training

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Ability to perform under stress and lift up to 65 lbs.
• Strong reading, writing, and math for reports and logs.
• Manual dexterity for handling equipment and cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to train others and assist teammates.

Responsibilities

• Set up vats or tanks and prepare lines for operation.
• Adjust equipment settings and load bottles, caps, and labels as needed.
• Operate filling lines while maintaining quality and documentation.
• Complete shift checklists and daily logs; enter data as required.
• Assist in training other associates and perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
