Job summary

MB Companies, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Chilton, WI, is seeking a Machine Operator to build surface maintenance equipment per blueprints and specifications. You will set up and operate machines such as press, stamping, and spot welding to produce components according to schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, assembling parts, aligning and fastening components, inspecting completed work, and safely operating overhead crane and forklift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and process sheets.
• Ability to work from established work instructions and follow sequence of operations.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools along with inspection equipment, and crate, pack, and move finished goods.
• Disassemble, replace parts, and assist in staging parts for painting as required.
• Able to enter information into established computer system, production records, logs, time clock, and other forms.
• Can verify conformance of work piece to specifications.
• Strong attention to detail.
