Job summary

TALENIQUE INC is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Massachusetts to operate and change over production line equipment, read orders, verify supplies, and monitor OEE on filling, capping, labeling, case packing, and palletizing lines. The role emphasizes quality checks, documentation, and a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (food industry a plus).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• English fluency (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus.

Responsibilities
