Job summary

TALENIQUE INC in Ayer, Massachusetts is seeking manufacturing associates. You will operate production line equipment and monitor production rates while performing quality checks and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1 year of manufacturing experience, and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. We offer competitive pay between $20-$22 per hour, as well as a culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus.

Job description

What You’ll Do

• Operate and change over production line equipment (filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer, etc.)
• Read work orders and verify supplies (bottles, caps, labels, etc.)
• Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
• Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (food industry a plus)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• English fluency (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus
