Role: Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities include:

• Operate Press Brake
• Measure steel blanks, flat stock sheets, and parts using tape measures
• Perform setups and adjustments based on scales or sample parts
• Follow layout marks, drawings, schedules, and verbal instructions
• Use fork truck or pallet jack to move materials

Minimum Requirements:

Basic:

• Ability to work evening or night shifts
• Ability to interpret bills of material, schematics, drawings, and specifications
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions
• Work overtime as needed
• Reside or plan to reside within a reasonable commute of Washington, MO
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of manufacturing experience
• Prior press brake experience
• Completion of the ACT WorkKeys Career Readiness Certificate
