1. Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality.
2. Develop and maintain an understanding of the products they assemble and how they impact the business.
3. Continuously learn the principles, practices, and processes of their job as changes require and in similar jobs.
4. Safely handle materials utilizing proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists/lift tables.
5. Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.
6. Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed.
7. Cross-train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed.
