Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) in The Colony, TX is hiring a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (1:00-9:30pm). You will safely handle and transport products within our warehouse, operating scanners and equipment to locate, pick and move items.

Candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of warehouse experience, and a safety-focused approach. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities

• Operate scanning equipment to locate, pick, bin and cycle product.
• Handle product safely and observe material handling safety practices.
• Locate and return-to-stock, received goods and transferred product into appropriate areas.
• Report load exceptions ensuring products are picked and binned for accountability.
• Monitor daily progress and report discrepancies or roadblocks to supervisor.

Pay Range: $18.58 - 23.13 Hourly

The scheduled shift for the hours are 2nd shift working from 1:00-9:30pm, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays OFF!

If so, our Machine Operator could be the perfect fit for you. You will safely handle and transport our product within our warehouse.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Operate Scan equipment to locate, pick, bin and cycle product
• Safety Handle product in a safe and secure manner and observe material handling safety practices
• Accuracy Locate and return-to-stock, received goods and transferred product into appropriate areas
• Report Conduct driver load exception reports ensuring all products have been picked and binned for accountable processes
• Monitor Track daily progress and immediately report discrepancies, errors or potential roadblocks to supervisor
