Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Iowa seeks a Machine Operator to run and maintain a computer numerical control machine for trailer fabrication. You will set up, adjust, and monitor equipment to cut and shape parts to exact specifications while following SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or related experience), the ability to read a tape measure and caliper, and basic math. A commitment to quality and routine maintenance is essential.

Job Description SummaryA Machine Operator handles the computer numerical control machine. Maintaining, setting, and adjusting the machine are all part of the operator's daily tasks. Operator will be cutting and shaping parts to exact specifications from a raw material for the trailer manufacturing operations by using established standard operating procedures and techniques while following company safety standards, maintaining the highest quality through diligent efforts, and maintaining daily production goals.
