Job summary

New Flyer is seeking a motivated Machine Operator for our 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality transit bus components, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read technical specifications, blueprints and instructions.
• Knowledge of machine operation, setup and maintenance is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and adjust to changing priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to produce high-quality components for our transit buses. Your expertise will ensure that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards. Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday.
