Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is hiring an Inspection Associate for a 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday shift in Scranton, PA. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits starting after hire.

You will operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines. The role emphasizes data entry into manufacturing systems, documentation, and teamwork in a fabric production environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Age 18+ with reliable transportation.
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed.
  • Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.
  • Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with machine setups and changeovers (as trained).
  • Enter data in PE/QAD/Infinity systems; learn additional systems as required.
  • Learn, understand, and complete required documentation related to fabric production processes.
  • Adhere to all quality standards and procedures.
  • Prepare and generate test product samples and coordinate submission to laboratories for testing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Due to continued rapid growth in our Fabric Department, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking an Inspection Associate on a 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday shift.

What You’ll Do:

The Skills You'll Need:
  • Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Proficient with basic math and arithmetic.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtimeComfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
