Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM (30 min. meal break)

This role involves operating the production extrusion line. We seek motivated and determined employees. Compensation varies based on shift working.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the extrusion machine, overseeing the melting of hot compounds over the cable.
• Load hopper with appropriate compound, prepare, and set up the extrusion machine.
• Select correct tooling, calculate diameter, and set the proper temperature for optimal finish.
• Clean machine barrel, head, and tools before starting new jobs or switching compounds.
