$20.00 per hour ($19.00/hr while training)
Second Shift, Mon - Fri, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Must be able to train on First Shift)
Prepare equipment and load mail into postal trays
Palletize trays and monitor mail quality during operation
Assist operators and team members with daily tasks
Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to maintain production quality and reduce downtime
Communicate with your team for continuous production flow
Follow standardized procedures, emphasizing safety and housekeeping standards
Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
Are familiar with manufacturing concepts and procedures
Excel in fast-paced, high-speed environments, following instructions rigorously
Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and can multitask effectively
Work well independently and as part of a team
Possess the physical stamina and strength required
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
